Two main gameplay directions define Hsin: Unison Mode and Electro Flare Mode.

Unison Mode

Swapping characters and repeatedly triggering Intro Skills sit at the heart of Unison.

Rather than hogging field time the way a hypercarry does, the better approach is to set up Hsin's attacks, hand the field to another DPS or sub-DPS, and time her return for the right window.

That is exactly why characters who can finish their rotations quickly become so valuable here.

Suoming is currently the most obvious partner for this playstyle. Her entire kit revolves around Electro damage, swapping, and buffs that amplify the damage of Hsin's Resonance Skill.

Electro Flare Mode

Electro Flare teams operate on a different principle.

Hsin's ideal teammates are the ones who can apply Electro Flare and help her stockpile the resources that power up her own Electro attacks. With that setup finished, she turns those effects into a far stronger personal damage window.

Running this route, Electro Rover pairs especially well with her, and Buling is another solid option for getting Electro Flare onto the field.

Forte Circuit > Resonance Liberation > Resonance Skill > Intro Skill > Basic Attack

Since so much of Hsin's transformed state and her major damage sequence depends on it, Forte Circuit sits at the very top of the priority list.

Right behind it comes Resonance Liberation.

Unison Hsin stands out as one notable exception.

Intro Skill gains far more weight in a swap-heavy Unison team, so letting it fall badly underleveled is a mistake. Once Forte Circuit and Resonance Liberation are handled, Unison players can push much heavier investment into Intro Skill.

Blooming Jadehaven

Rarity: 5-star | ATK: 588 | CRIT Rate: 24.3%

With its current R1 effect, you get an All-Attribute DMG Bonus, while Hsin's Resonance Skill DMG gets a significant improvement after Electro Flare is applied or a Unison-related effect is triggered.

Electro Flare damage gets an extra boost from the same passive, while damage from her Resonance Skill can also ignore a portion of an enemy's Electro RES.

In short, Hsin sits at the center of nearly the entire weapon's design.

For anyone committing serious resources to Hsin, S0R1 is currently the most sensible first stopping point.

Lethean Elegy

Rarity: 5-star | ATK: 588 | CRIT Rate: 24.3%

There's no reason to panic about not getting Hsin's signature when you already have Lethean Elegy.

As one of the stronger existing 5-star alternatives for her, it continues to bring solid Resonance Skill-related bonuses to the table along with a helpful CRIT Rate.

While Hsin can't make full use of every piece of the passive, the parts that match her damage profile are enough to keep it firmly in strong-option territory.

Stringmaster

Rarity: 5-star | ATK: 500 | CRIT Rate: 36%

For sheer versatility among Rectifiers, Yinlin's Stringmaster still ranks among the game's best.

Hsin is considerably easier to build thanks to its high CRIT Rate, and the Attribute DMG and ATK bonuses remain valuable for her overall damage.

Her signature still holds the edge in direct synergy, but if you already own this weapon, it makes a very comfortable alternative.

Cosmic Ripples

Rarity: 5-star | ATK: 500 | ATK: 54%

Strong base stats are the main reason Cosmic Ripples performs so well.

Because its effect is focused on Basic Attacks, Hsin cannot get full value from it, making the pairing less than ideal. Even so, the ATK and Energy Regen keep it a dependable standard 5-star fallback.

For lower-budget builds, an Energy-focused 4-star Rectifier like Fusion Accretion can also serve until you obtain a stronger option.

both of Hsin's main playstyles can trigger the set — that's the piece that really matters here.

A completely different Echo build isn't something you need when moving from Electro Flare to Unison. What changes most is your team and rotation — the Echo farming side of things shifts far less.

Hsin Echo Main Stats

A standard 4-3-3-1-1 setup looks like this:

Electro DMG + ATK% is a very safe 3-Cost combination for Hsin, since her kit, weapon, and Echo set already pile on plenty of damage bonuses.

Which Sequence Nodes Are Best in Hsin's Resonance Chain?

At S0, Hsin already works as a complete character. Her Resonance Chain, then, is less about repairing an unfinished base kit and more about boosting her damage while making her rotation smoother.

S1

Comfort, interruption resistance, and a handful of Hsin's mode-specific effects are what S1 mostly brings to the table.

It has value, yet on its own it isn't enough of a milestone to stop for.

S2

S2 is the first major investment target.

Empowered finishing attacks hit harder because of it, and she gets to use them more often, resulting in a noticeably smoother damage cycle for Hsin.

If S0R1 alone leaves you wanting more, this remains the strongest place to go next right now.

S3

A more aggressive approach to damage comes with S3.

Unison Rotation

Here's roughly what a basic Hsin + Suoming rotation looks like:

1. Use your sustain character to activate team buffs.
2. Switch to Suoming and build her Unison setup.
3. Trigger Suoming's Outro and bring Hsin in through Intro Skill.
