Alongside Hsin Moon Fox, Suoming is one of the two confirmed new Resonators arriving in Wuthering Waves Version 3.7. As an important character in the upcoming Dreamland storyline, she has already drawn considerable attention from players thanks to her distinctive design and role within the region.

Suoming is a 5-star Electro Resonator who wields a Sword. Her Electro Attribute and Sword weapon type give her a distinct combat identity, providing another option for players who enjoy Electro-focused teams and Sword users.

Beyond her combat abilities, Suoming also plays an important role in the Dreamland storyline. Her background and connection to the region make her one of the notable additions coming with Version 3.7, while her unique character design further distinguishes her from existing Resonators. Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy: Whirling Thunder

Shortly after using Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy Stage 2, hold Normal Attack to perform Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy: Whirling Thunder Stage 1 followed by Stage 2, dealing Electro DMG.

Mid-air Attack

Consume STA to perform a Plunging Attack, dealing Electro DMG.

Dodge Counter

Press Normal Attack within a certain period after successfully dodging an attack to counterattack the target, dealing Electro DMG.

-Casting this skill puts Suoming into the Deep Mind state and clears all Delusion.

Resonance Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Unforsaken Mind

While in the Deep Mind state, when Delusion reaches 800 points, Resonance Skill is replaced by Resonance Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Unforsaken Mind. It deals Electro DMG and is considered Basic Attack DMG.

Basic Attack - Umbral Canopy: Engraved Heart

After casting Resonance Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Unforsaken Mind, Basic Attack is replaced by Basic Attack - Umbral Canopy: Engraved Heart. Press or hold Normal Attack or Resonance Skill to cast this skill. Attack targets within range, dealing Electro DMG and considered Basic Attack DMG.

-Casting this skill puts Suoming into the Calamity Mind state and clears all Delusion. Once the skill ends, she enters the Awakened Mind state.

-While casting this skill, hold Normal Attack or Resonance Skill to continuously attack the target for a certain period.

-During this skill, Suoming is immune to interruption. She cannot move, sprint, jump, dodge, or use Basic Attack, Resonance Skill, Resonance Liberation, Dodge Counter, Plunging Attack, Mid-air Attack, or Intro Skill. Switching Resonators is also restricted during this period.

Unison

When Suoming has Unison, switching to another Resonator consumes her Unison and triggers Suoming's Outro Skill together with the incoming Resonator's Intro Skill. When Suoming's Concerto Energy is full and she has Unison, only the Unison effect is consumed.

Unison Response

Suoming can trigger Unison Response.

When another Resonator on the team has Unison, switching to Suoming grants all Resonators on the team 1 stack of Unison Boon for 30s.

Suoming can grant up to 1 stack of Unison Boon through this effect. Gaining another stack only refreshes its duration.

Unison Boon

Each stack of Unison Boon increases the DMG dealt by Resonators on the team who can trigger Unison Response by 3%, up to a maximum of 2 stacks.

Delusion Gain Rules

Suoming can hold up to 800 points of Delusion.

-Hitting a target with Basic Attack, Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy, or Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy: Whirling Thunder grants Delusion.

-Casting Resonance Liberation grants 200 points of Delusion.

-Casting Intro Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Thunder Rending or Intro Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Whirling Thunder (Unison) grants 200 points of Delusion.

Resonance Liberation - Umbral Canopy: Miasma Lock

While in the Deep Mind state, Suoming can use her Resonance Liberation. Casting Resonance Liberation deals Electro DMG to targets within range.

-Casting Resonance Liberation grants Suoming Unison for 5s. This effect can only be triggered once every 25s.

Blight Rain, Miasmic Thunder

While casting Outro Skill, if Suoming has Unison, whenever the active Resonator deals damage, a Thunder Crest is summoned to perform a Coordinated Attack on the target, dealing Electro DMG.

-Within 3s after dealing damage, a Thunder Crest can be summoned once per second. This effect can trigger once per second, while damage dealt by Thunder Crest itself cannot trigger the effect.

-Only 1 Thunder Crest can be summoned per second, with a maximum of 6 Thunder Crests.

-This effect lasts for 8s or ends when the maximum number of Thunder Crests has been summoned.

Inherent Skills

Inherent Skill: Rain-Soaked Covenant

Casting Intro Skill - Furled Canopy: Flash Rift, Intro Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Thunder Rending, Intro Skill - Furled Canopy: Sealed Delusion (Unison), or Intro Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Whirling Thunder (Unison) grants Suoming a 50% Electro DMG Bonus for 15s. Switching to another Resonator ends this effect early.

-When Suoming casts Intro Skill - Furled Canopy: Sealed Delusion (Unison) or Intro Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Whirling Thunder (Unison), she also gains 10 Concerto Energy. This effect can only trigger once every 25s.

Inherent Skill: Sunken Seal, Forged Lock

When Suoming has Unison and is switched out, she gains the Aligned Seals effect for 30s.

While Aligned Seals is active, Suoming's Outro Skill grants the incoming Resonator a 30% Electro DMG Bonus, with an additional 20% for each stack of Unison Boon they have, up to a maximum of 40%. This effect lasts for 8s or until the Resonator is switched out.

When Suoming has Unison, casting Resonance Skill - Furled Canopy: Rift Cleaver removes Unison, consumes 20 Concerto Energy, and clears all Delusion. She then gains the Seal Master effect, increasing the DMG Multipliers of Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy and Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy: Whirling Thunder by 40% and increasing Suoming's Crit. DMG by 80%. This effect lasts for 12s or until the Resonator is switched out.

-Gaining Unison ends this effect early.

-Gaining the Aligned Seals effect ends this effect early.

-The Seal Master effect cannot be obtained while Aligned Seals is active.

-While Seal Master is active, press Normal Attack shortly after casting Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy Stage 4 to chain into Basic Attack - Unfurled Canopy Stage 2.

Intro Skill - Furled Canopy: Flash Rift

The incoming Resonator receives 20% Electro DMG Amplification. If they have Unison Boon, they also gain 25% Resonance Skill DMG Amplification for 8s or until they are switched out.

Tune Break: Tune Break - Sword

When the target's Off-Tune Level reaches its maximum, the Resonator can use Tune Break against the target.

Resonance Chain 2: Breaking Thunder, Slaying Evil

Crit. DMG increases by 40%.

Using Outro Skill raises the incoming Resonator's Crit. DMG by 10%, with an additional 6% increase for every stack of Unison Boon they possess, up to 24%. This effect remains active for 30s or until the Resonator is switched out.

Resonance Chain 3: Lone Canopy, Solitary Road

Using Intro Skill - Furled Canopy: Flash Rift or Intro Skill - Unfurled Canopy: Thunder Rending grants 1 stack of Unison Boon. This effect can activate once every 25s.

- If Suoming has already provided Unison Boon and the effect is still active, triggering this effect only refreshes the duration of Unison Boon.

Using Resonance Liberation grants Suoming 30% Basic Attack DMG Amplification for 25s.
