GODDESS OF VICTORY: Yukiko Build Guide: Skills, Stats, Gear & Teams

The Persona collaboration has arrived in GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE, bringing three familiar faces from different generations of the beloved RPG franchise.

Yukiko Amagi, the heiress to the Amagi Inn, member of the Investigation Team, and wielder of the Persona Konohana Sakuya, joins NIKKE as an SSR Burst III Attacker. Armed with the Crimson Bloom machine gun and attuned to the Fire element, Yukiko brings an unusual combination to the roster: reliable damage alongside consistent healing. Her hybrid offense-support playstyle reflects the powerful fire and recovery abilities associated with her Persona 4 Golden incarnation.

If you're planning to pull for Yukiko or already have her and want to build her properly, this guide covers everything you need to know, including her skills, recommended stats, Harmony Cubes, team compositions, and overall pull value.

Is Yukiko Worth Pulling?

Yukiko Amagi is a strong option if you're looking for a limited Fire DPS with built-in sustain, or if you simply want to complete the Persona 4 Golden collection.

For new players, Yukiko can be a particularly valuable addition. She effectively fills two roles in one slot by combining damage dealing with healing, which can be extremely useful while your roster is still developing. Her Machine Gun weapon type also provides a relatively forgiving playstyle for players who are still learning positioning and Burst rotations.

For experienced players, Yukiko's value depends largely on the strength of your existing Fire roster. She performs well as a standalone unit, but she becomes even more interesting when paired with Queen (Makoto) thanks to their shared synergy effects. If you already have strong Fire DPS options such as Modernia or Scarlet, you'll need to consider whether Yukiko's additional healing and utility justify the resources required to build her.

For Persona fans and collectors, Yukiko is an obvious must-pull. She's a limited collaboration character available through the Persona on Frontline event, and her banner is scheduled to run until September 10, 2026.

The bottom line: If you're already planning to pull for Queen (Makoto), getting Yukiko as well can unlock their full synergy. If you can only choose one, Yukiko may be the more flexible standalone option thanks to her combination of sustained damage and team healing.

Yukiko Overview

Yukiko Amagi is a member of the Investigation Team formed by students from Yasogami High School in Persona 4 Golden. As the daughter of the manager of the famous Amagi Inn, she is being trained to eventually become its next heir. Although Yukiko is intelligent and quick-witted, her sometimes awkward reactions and difficulty reading the room give her a charming personality that carries over into her NIKKE appearance.

In GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE, Yukiko wields the Crimson Bloom machine gun and belongs to the Fire code. Her kit draws heavily from Konohana Sakuya's fire and healing abilities, allowing her to function as an Attacker while also providing consistent recovery for the entire team.

Yukiko Skills

Yukiko's kit revolves around a relatively rare hybrid role: dealing damage while simultaneously keeping her teammates healthy. Her skills provide recurring team healing, while her Burst Skill strengthens both her offensive and recovery capabilities.

Normal Attack

Deals damage with the Crimson Bloom machine gun.

As a Machine Gun user, Yukiko can maintain sustained fire for extended periods, allowing her to consistently pressure enemies while contributing to Burst gauge generation.

Skill 1: Persona: Konohana Sakuya

Activates every 3 seconds. Affects all allies.

Heals all allies for a percentage of Yukiko's final Max HP.

At Skill Level 10, when combined with her Skill 2, Yukiko can restore 15.4% of her final Max HP to all allies every 3 seconds. This recurring healing gives her a valuable sustain function that is unusual for an Attacker.

Rather than relying entirely on a dedicated healer, teams using Yukiko can receive continuous recovery while she remains focused on dealing damage.

Skill 2: Crimson Bloom

Activates when using Burst Skill. Affects all allies.

Triggers an additional healing effect that activates every 3 seconds.

This skill works together with Skill 1 to increase Yukiko's overall healing output during her Burst window. The additional recovery helps keep the team healthy while Yukiko continues dealing damage.

The skill also provides important synergy with Queen (Makoto).

Yukiko's Skill 2 activates the "Follow Up" buff referenced by Makoto's Skill 1, Persona: Johanna. As a result, Yukiko using her Burst can trigger additional effects for Makoto, creating a feedback loop between the two collaboration characters.

In addition, both characters' Skill 2 abilities provide ATK buffs to all allies while they are in the Persona state, further strengthening their team synergy.

Burst Skill: Maragidyne or Konohana Sakuya Assault

Affects all enemies.

Deals heavy distributed damage to all enemies.

Affects self and allies.

Enhances Yukiko's attacking and healing abilities.

When Yukiko enters Full Burst, she unleashes a powerful attack against all enemies while simultaneously improving her offensive and recovery capabilities.

This is where Yukiko's hybrid design becomes most apparent. Her Burst allows her to deal significant damage, support her team's HP recovery, and activate additional synergy with Makoto at the same time.

Yukiko Best Gear & Stats

Yukiko uses a Machine Gun, so her build should focus on stats that improve sustained damage while also helping her maintain consistent uptime.

Stat Priority

ATK > Max Ammo > Fire Elemental Damage > Hit Rate > Reload Speed > Critical Rate > Critical Damage > DEF > HP

ATK is Yukiko's most important offensive stat. It directly improves her damage output and may also contribute to her recovery depending on how her healing effects scale.

Max Ammo is particularly valuable for Machine Gun users. MG weapons consume ammunition rapidly during sustained fire, so a larger magazine means fewer reload interruptions and more time spent attacking.

Fire Elemental Damage becomes especially valuable when fighting enemies that are weak to Fire. Since Yukiko belongs to the Fire code, increasing her elemental damage can significantly improve her performance against suitable targets.

Hit Rate helps more of Yukiko's Machine Gun rounds connect with enemies. Since MG weapons can suffer from spread, additional Hit Rate can improve her overall damage consistency.

Reload Speed reduces the downtime between magazines. For a Machine Gun user, faster reloads translate into more sustained attacking time and therefore higher overall DPS.

Critical Rate and Critical Damage provide additional offensive scaling but generally take priority after the more important sustained-damage stats above.

DEF and HP are lower priorities because Yukiko's primary value comes from her offensive output and team-support capabilities rather than acting as a frontline tank.

Important Note: Some builds may place less emphasis on Max Ammo for characters that heavily rely on "last bullet" mechanics, since increasing magazine size can sometimes interfere with the frequency of those effects. However, Yukiko's kit centers around sustained healing effects that activate every 3 seconds, so maintaining consistent attack uptime through additional Max Ammo remains a valuable option for her.

Yukiko Best Harmony Cube

Resilience Cube is the recommended option for Yukiko. It increases Reload Speed, allowing her Machine Gun to spend less time reloading and more time attacking and supporting the team through her healing effects. For MG users, Reload Speed is an important stat for maintaining consistent combat uptime.

Bastion Cube provides ammo recovery while firing. If your Overloaded equipment already has Max Ammo rolls, Bastion Cube becomes an especially strong option. The additional ammo helps Yukiko maintain sustained fire for longer before needing to reload.

Wingman Cube provides additional Max Ammo capacity. It's a solid alternative if Resilience or Bastion isn't available, particularly for players who want to prioritize sustained Machine Gun uptime.

For general use, aim to level your core cubes — Resilience, Bastion, and Wingman — to at least Level 7 to get strong value from their main effects.

Yukiko Best Teams

The right team can help Yukiko maximize both her damage and healing capabilities. Here are several team compositions that work well with her.

Persona Synergy Team — Recommended

Focus: Maximizing Yukiko + Makoto synergy

This is the premium Persona-focused team for players who want to make the most of Yukiko and Queen (Makoto) together.

Yukiko and Makoto have powerful synergy built into their kits. Makoto's Skill 1 "Follow Up" effect can be activated through Yukiko's Skill 2, while both characters can provide ATK buffs to allies in the Persona state.

Liter provides valuable cooldown reduction and ATK buffs, while Crown brings powerful team-wide buffs and additional survivability. Crown also works particularly well with Yukiko's continuous healing, making the combination effective in longer encounters.

This setup is especially suitable for single-target boss fights, Solo Raid content, and situations where Fire damage is particularly valuable.

Yukiko Solo Carry Team

Focus: Yukiko as the primary damage dealer and healer

Yukiko doesn't need Makoto to function effectively. She can serve as the team's primary Fire DPS while simultaneously providing continuous healing to her allies.

Modernia or Scarlet can provide additional damage, while Liter and Crown form the team's main support core.

This composition is a good option for general PvE content and Campaign progression, particularly for players who want Yukiko to contribute both offensive and defensive value without relying on her Persona collaboration partner.

Yukiko vs. Queen (Makoto): Who Should You Pull?

Since Yukiko and Makoto are available through separate banners, many Commanders will have to decide which collaboration character deserves their resources.

Pull for Makoto if:

You want a dedicated Fire DPS with strong self-buffs.

You're a Persona 5 Royal fan.

You plan to eventually get Yukiko to take advantage of their synergy.

Pull for Yukiko if:

You need a Fire DPS and healer in the same slot.

You can only afford one collaboration character.

You're a Persona 4 Golden fan.

You value flexibility and self-sufficiency.

Pull for Both if:

You want the complete Persona collaboration experience.

You have enough Gems or Mileage Tickets to invest in both.

You want to maximize the synergy between the two characters.

The synergy between Yukiko and Makoto is certainly one of the biggest reasons to build both, but Yukiko remains useful even without Makoto. Her ability to combine Fire DPS with consistent team healing allows her to fit into a wider range of Fire-focused teams.

Conclusion

Yukiko Amagi arrives in GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE with her Crimson Bloom MG, her Persona Konohana Sakuya, and a kit that gives her a distinct place among Fire characters. She's more than just another Fire DPS — she's a hybrid Attacker who can deal damage while continuously supporting her team with healing.

For new players, Yukiko can function as a two-in-one solution, allowing one character to provide both DPS and sustain. For veteran players, she offers another flexible option for Fire-focused teams while also serving as an important part of the Persona synergy lineup alongside Makoto. And for Persona 4 Golden fans, she's a limited collaboration character that is unlikely to be available once the event ends.

For her build, prioritize ATK and Max Ammo, then consider Fire Elemental Damage, Hit Rate, and Reload Speed. Resilience Cube is the recommended general option, while Bastion Cube is particularly appealing for builds with Max Ammo Overload rolls.

Whether you pair her with Makoto for maximum Persona synergy or use her as a standalone Fire DPS and healer, Yukiko offers plenty of value beyond raw damage. If you're already investing in the Persona collaboration, she's a character worth considering before the limited recruitment period ends.
