GODDESS OF VICTORY: Aigis Build Guide: Skills, Stats, Gear & Teams

The Persona collaboration has arrived in GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE, and with it comes a trio of familiar faces from three generations of the beloved RPG series. While Queen (Makoto) and Yukiko grab the spotlight as limited SSR recruits, there's a third character quietly making her way into Commander's rosters—and she doesn't cost a single gem.

Aigis, the seventh-generation Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon from Persona 3 Reload, joins NIKKE as a free SR Supporter. She's not here to steal the show with massive damage numbers. Instead, she brings a support-focused kit designed to strengthen her allies while contributing to multi-target damage with her Burst Skill.

This guide breaks down everything you need to know. We'll cover Aigis's skills, recommended stats, Harmony Cubes, team compositions, and whether she's worth building. No Shadow negotiations required—Aigis already has her mission parameters locked in.

Is Aigis Worth Building?

Before diving into the details, let's address the question on every Commander's mind: is a free SR character worth your resources?

For new players, Aigis is an excellent pickup. She's free, requires no gacha luck, and provides solid team support that can carry you through early and mid-game content. Her support kit helps your main damage dealers perform better, which is exactly what developing accounts need.

For experienced players, Aigis is more situational. As an SR unit, her ceiling is lower than SSR alternatives. She won't replace top-tier supporters like Crown, Liter, or Naga in your main campaign team. However, she can be a valuable flex option for content where you need additional team support or for players who want to experiment with Iron-code compositions.

For collectors and Persona fans, Aigis is a must-have. She's the only free collaboration character in this event, and she represents Persona 3 Reload in the crossover. The collaboration runs from August 13 to September 10, 2026, so make sure to grab her before she's gone.

The bottom line: Aigis is free. There's no reason not to pick her up. Whether you invest heavily in her skills and gear depends on your roster, but she's a solid addition to any Commander's toolbox.

Aigis Overview

Aigis is the seventh-generation Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon developed by the Kirijo Group. As a member of SEES, she is an android capable of summoning her Persona, Palladion. In NIKKE, she wields her signature Built-in Firearms SMG and belongs to the Iron code.

Initially behaving like a machine with an obedient and straightforward demeanor, Aigis gradually comes to develop human emotions throughout her journey. Her kit in NIKKE reflects her protective nature—she strengthens her allies while her Burst Skill deals damage to multiple enemies.

Aigis Skills

Normal Attack

Deals damage with her Built-in Firearms SMG. As an SMG user, Aigis fires multiple rounds per attack, making her effective at building Burst gauge and applying consistent pressure.

Skill 1: Support Protocol

Activates at the start of battle. Affects allies.

Aigis's primary support ability. She strengthens her allies' combat capabilities from the moment the battle begins. This continuous effect cannot be removed and provides a baseline boost to her team's performance.

Skill 2: Palladion's Blessing

Activates when conditions are met. Affects allies.

Drawing upon her Persona, Palladion, Aigis provides additional support to her teammates. This skill likely enhances ally damage or survivability, mirroring her role as a protector in Persona 3 Reload.

Burst Skill: Palladion Assault

Affects all enemies.

Deals damage to multiple enemies at once.

Aigis summons her Persona, Palladion, to deliver a powerful attack that hits all enemies on the field. While her primary role is support, her Burst Skill ensures she can contribute to wave clear and overall team DPS.

Aigis Best Gear & Stats

As an SMG-wielding Supporter, Aigis's build should prioritize stats that enhance her support capabilities and weapon performance. Since she's an Iron-code unit, she won't benefit from elemental advantage against Fire-weak enemies—but she can still contribute solid damage with the right investment.

Stat Priority

ATK > Max Ammo > Hit Rate > Elemental Damage > Reload Speed > Critical Rate > Critical Damage > DEF > HP

ATK is the most important stat for Aigis. Even as a Supporter, her damage output scales with ATK, and her Burst Skill benefits directly from higher attack values. Additionally, if any of her support skills scale off her ATK (a common mechanic in NIKKE), this stat becomes even more valuable.

Max Ammo is crucial for SMG users. More ammo means fewer reloads and more consistent damage output. SMGs fire quickly and burn through magazines fast, making ammo capacity a high-priority stat.

Hit Rate helps ensure more SMG rounds connect with the target. Given that SMGs can suffer from spread, additional hit rate improves your damage consistency.

Elemental Damage is valuable when fighting enemies weak to Iron. While Iron isn't as universally useful as Fire in the current meta, it has its place in specific content.

Reload Speed reduces downtime between magazines. For SMG users, this translates to higher overall DPS.

Aigis Best Harmony Cube

Resilience Cube is a strong option for Aigis. It increases Reload Speed, allowing her SMG to spend less time reloading and more time attacking. This cube is recommended for most weapon users and is one of the core cubes to invest in.

Bastion Cube is another excellent choice, especially for SMG users. It provides ammo refund while attacking, helping Aigis stay on the field longer without needing to reload. This cube is particularly effective when paired with Max Ammo overload rolls.

Wingman Cube offers additional Max Ammo capacity, which synergizes well with SMG's rapid-fire nature. If you're prioritizing sustained damage output, this cube is worth considering.

For general use, aim to level your core cubes (Resilience, Bastion, Wingman) to at least level 7, as this caps their main effects and provides the best value for your investment.

Aigis Best Teams

The right team can help Aigis maximize her support potential while ensuring your Burst rotation stays smooth. Here are three team compositions that work well with her.

Balanced Support Team

Focus: Consistent damage and survivability

This team provides a strong foundation for general content.Liter offers cooldown reduction and ATK buffs. Crown brings powerful team-wide buffs and survivability. Modernia serves as the primary DPS with her sustained damage output. Aigis provides additional support and contributes to multi-target damage with her Burst Skill.

This setup works well for campaign progression and general PvE content where consistent damage output matters more than burst window optimization.

Iron-Code Synergy Team

Focus: Maximizing Iron-code damage

If you have strong Iron-code DPS units, this team lets Aigis shine in her element. Pair her with other Iron-code characters to take advantage of any Iron-specific buffs or enemy weaknesses. Liter and Crown provide the core support backbone, while Aigis adds an extra layer of team strengthening.

How to Get Aigis for Free

Unlike Queen (Makoto) and Yukiko, who require gem pulls from limited banners, Aigis is completely free. Here's how to add her to your roster:

· Play through the "Persona on Frontline" collaboration event

· Complete the 14-day "Phantom Thieves' Calling Card" login event

The collaboration runs from August 13 to September 10, 2026. Make sure to claim Aigis before the event ends—she won't be available afterward.

Conclusion

Aigis walks into NIKKE with her Built-in Firearms SMG, her Persona Palladion, and a mission to protect her allies. She's not the flashiest character in the collaboration, and she won't out-damage the SSR heavy hitters. But as a free SR Supporter, she offers something valuable: accessible team support that doesn't cost a single pull.

For new players, Aigis is a fantastic addition to your roster—a solid support unit that strengthens your team while you build toward endgame compositions. For veterans, she's a fun flex option and a must-have for Persona collectors. And for everyone else? She's free. There's literally no downside to picking her up.

Stack the right stats—ATK, Max Ammo, and Hit Rate—pick a suitable Harmony Cube like Resilience or Bastion, and slot her into a team that lets her support your main damage dealers. She may not redefine the meta, but she'll earn her place in your heart (and your roster) nonetheless.
