With Genshin Impact 7.0 introducing the highly anticipated Odette and bringing back powerful characters such as Arlecchino, Ineffa, and Flins, many Travelers are wondering how they should spend their Primogems.

Phase 1 features the debut of the new Cryo five-star character Odette, alongside the return of the popular Pyro DPS Arlecchino. Meanwhile, Phase 2 brings back the versatile Ineffa and the powerful Flins.

Whether you are searching for a new main DPS, a powerful support character, or simply want to maximize your limited Wishes, choosing the right banner can be difficult.

In this guide, we will analyze each featured character’s role, strengths, current meta value, and recommended player types, helping you decide whether you should pull Odette or save your Primogems for another banner in Genshin Impact 7.0.

Genshin Impact 7.0 Banner Overview

Version 7.0 introduces two exciting banner phases featuring several powerful five-star characters.

Whether you plan to summon during Phase 1 or Phase 2, W ISHGM provides a convenient Genshin Impact top up service to help players prepare for upcoming banners.

Phase 1 introduces Odette, a brand-new 5-star Cryo character making her highly anticipated debut, alongside the rerun of Arlecchino, one of the strongest Pyro DPS characters currently available.

This phase also includes the new 4-star character Alyosha.

Phase 2 features the reruns of Ineffa, a powerful support character specializing in Lunar reactions, and Flins, a flexible DPS capable of dealing consistent damage across different team compositions.

Whether you are looking for a new main damage dealer, a valuable support unit, or preparing for future team builds, each banner provides unique value.

The best choice ultimately depends on your current account progress, existing characters, and long-term Primogem planning.

Odette (5★)

Role

Cryo Sword Sub-DPS / Stellar Reaction Enabler / Team Buffer / Off-Field Cryo Support

Current Meta Role (Version 7.0)

In Version 7.0, Odette debuts as a 5-star Cryo Sword character focused on supporting and enhancing the new Stellar reaction teams.

Instead of acting as a traditional on-field damage dealer, she specializes in providing consistent off-field Cryo application, increasing Stellar reaction damage, and strengthening teammates through powerful buffs.

Her abilities summon a lasting Cryo construct that continues attacking even when she is off the field, making her an excellent teammate for characters who rely on continuous Cryo application.

As the first dedicated support character for Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl compositions, Odette is expected to become an important unit in the new reaction-based meta introduced with Snezhnaya.

Should You Pull for Odette?

You should consider pulling Odette if you want to build around the new Stellar reaction mechanics or need a premium off-field Cryo support that can work across multiple team compositions.

She provides excellent value for players who want to maximize Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl teams, while also working extremely well with characters that benefit from stable Cryo application and reaction bonuses.

However, if your account mainly focuses on traditional Melt, Freeze, or Physical teams, and you do not plan to invest in the new Stellar reaction system, her overall value may be more limited compared with more universal support characters.

Final Verdict

PULL Odette if you want one of the strongest supports for Stellar reaction teams, need reliable off-field Cryo application, or plan to invest in Snezhnaya’s new combat mechanics.

She has the potential to become a core support character in the developing Version 7.x meta.

SKIP Odette if you have no plans to build Stellar-Conduct or Stellar-Swirl teams, prefer traditional Cryo team styles, or want to save Primogems for future Snezhnaya characters such as the upcoming Archon and later Version 7.x releases.

Arlecchino (5★)

Role

Pyro Polearm Main DPS / Hypercarry / Bond of Life DPS

Current Meta Role (Version 7.0)

In Version 7.0, Arlecchino remains one of the strongest on-field Pyro DPS characters in Genshin Impact.

Her gameplay is centered around the Bond of Life mechanic, allowing her to transform Normal Attacks into powerful Pyro-infused attacks while dealing outstanding single-target and AoE damage.

With her high personal damage, self-sustain through Elemental Burst, and relatively simple gameplay style, she continues to be a top-tier damage dealer for endgame content such as the Spiral Abyss.

Even with the arrival of newer Snezhnaya characters and the Stellar reaction system, Arlecchino remains one of the strongest hypercarry options and continues to be a reliable long-term investment for players looking for a powerful Pyro DPS.

Should You Pull For Arlecchino?

You should consider pulling Arlecchino if you need a powerful Pyro Main DPS capable of handling almost all endgame content.

She performs exceptionally well in Vaporize, Mono Pyro, and Overload teams, scales strongly with investment, and maintains consistent performance across different gameplay scenarios.

However, if you already own a fully built Arlecchino or another strong Pyro DPS such as Hu Tao, and your account would benefit more from a support character or Stellar-focused unit like Odette, your Primogems may be better saved for other banners.

Final Verdict

PULL Arlecchino if you want one of the strongest Pyro hypercarry characters in Genshin Impact.

She provides excellent damage, strong long-term value, and remains one of the safest DPS investments available in Version 7.0.

SKIP Arlecchino if you already own and have invested in her, or if you want to prioritize upcoming Version 7.x characters and the Stellar reaction meta instead of adding another on-field DPS.

Ineffa (5★)

Role

Electro Polearm Support / Shielder / Lunar-Charged Enabler

Current Meta Role (Version 7.0)

In Version 7.0, Ineffa returns as one of the strongest Electro support characters for teams centered around Lunar-Charged reactions.

Her biggest advantages come from providing a reliable shield, consistent off-field Electro application through Birgitta, and transforming regular Electro-Charged into the more powerful Lunar-Charged reaction.

She also increases Lunar-Charged’s Base DMG based on her ATK while providing an Elemental Mastery buff through her Elemental Burst, making her an excellent support option for both new Snezhnaya characters and existing Hydro-Electro teams.

With her combination of defensive utility, reaction support, and dependable off-field damage, Ineffa remains one of the highest-value support characters in the current meta.

Should You Pull For Ineffa?

You should consider pulling Ineffa if you want one of the strongest support characters for Lunar-Charged teams.

She is an excellent choice for players who use Hydro and Electro damage dealers, offering shielding, consistent Electro application, and valuable reaction buffs through a single character.

However, if your account rarely uses Electro-Charged teams or you are not interested in Lunar-Charged compositions, her value becomes more specialized compared with more universal support characters.

Final Verdict

PULL Ineffa if you want a premium Electro support for Lunar-Charged teams.

She provides shielding, off-field Electro application, and powerful reaction buffs that greatly improve Hydro-Electro team performance.

SKIP Ineffa if your main teams do not depend on Lunar-Charged or Electro-Charged reactions, or if you are prioritizing a main DPS character instead of another support unit.

Flins (5★)

Role

Electro Polearm Main DPS / Lunar-Charged Carry / On-Field Hypercarry

Current Meta Role (Version 7.0)

In Version 7.0, Flins returns as one of the strongest on-field Electro DPS characters designed around the Lunar-Charged reaction.

His kit focuses on converting standard Electro-Charged into Lunar-Charged while dealing consistent Electro damage during his on-field rotations.

Besides being the team’s primary damage dealer, Flins can also increase the team’s Lunar-Charged damage through his own abilities, making him the core unit for Lunar-Charged team compositions.

With his strong sustained damage, excellent AoE performance, and great synergy with supports such as Ineffa and Hydro applicators, Flins remains a premium choice for players who want to invest in the Lunar-Charged playstyle.

Should You Pull For Flins?

You should consider pulling Flins if you want a powerful Electro Main DPS focused on Lunar-Charged teams.

He is a strong option for players who enjoy sustained on-field gameplay and are willing to build teams that provide consistent Hydro application.

However, if your account already has a well-developed Electro DPS character or you do not plan to build Lunar-Charged teams, Flins may feel more like a specialized choice rather than a universal upgrade.

Final Verdict

PULL Flins if you need a strong Electro DPS and want to build around Lunar-Charged reactions.

He provides excellent sustained damage and serves as the main damage dealer for one of the strongest reaction-based team styles in the current meta.

SKIP Flins if you already have a fully built Electro Main DPS or are not interested in investing in Lunar-Charged team compositions.
