Wuthering Waves 3.6 New Characters
Qingxiao (5★)
Qingxiao is an Aero Sword Main DPS who specializes in Tune Strain and stacking Mindlock to significantly increase her personal damage. Her gameplay centers around switching between Sheathed Stance and Drawn Stance Basic Attacks to build Qin Heart and Sword Cadence, which unlock Heavy Attack - Stringblade and her Ephemeral Transcendence state.
Her core mechanic, Mindlock, can stack up to 15 times whenever teammates inflict Tune Strain - Interfered, increasing the DMG dealt by her key skills to affected targets. Her Inherent Skills, Sea of Thought, World of Dust and To Know, To Banish, convert defeated Mindlock targets and successful Tune Breaks into additional stacks, allowing her damage to scale further with stronger Tune Strain support.
Her Resonance Liberation, Billows Beneath Heaven, deals a powerful Aero DMG burst and grants Heaven's Clarity, setting up a 100% DMG increase for her next Heavy Attack. Her Outro Skill, Lingering Song, also deals substantial damage on its own, dealing Aero DMG equal to 800% of her ATK.

Jingran (5★)
Jingran is a Fusion Broadblade Main DPS whose kit primarily scales with Max HP instead of ATK, converting Shields into powerful personal damage buffs. His gameplay revolves around switching between Yin Vessel and Yang Font states, with each state providing its own Basic Attack chain, Drink Soul and Devil's Bane, which generate Qi for his Heavy Attacks.
His core mechanic focuses on Shield conversion. His Inherent Skill, Hark the Dust, grants him a recurring self-Shield based on his Max HP, while Trace the Vestige generates Ghost Shroud stacks whenever any teammate receives a Shield, contributing to the buffs associated with his Fixation state. His passives, Nether to Light and Yang Changes, Yin Unites, further convert his Max HP into additional Healing and ATK, making him one of the few Main DPS Resonators whose scaling is primarily based on HP.
His Resonance Liberation, Burial of Thousand Souls, deals a massive Fusion Heavy Attack, reduces his HP to 50% if it is above that threshold, and grants Wayfarer's Mark stacks that power his Heavy Attack - Soul Raid and Stardome Meander bursts. When reaching 300 Qi, either Heavy Attack can be unleashed to deal a huge amount of Fusion DMG, switching his stance upon casting and continuing his Yin-Yang cycle.
