NTE 1.4 Banners: New Characters

The Version 1.4 update is currently expected to introduce two limited S-Rank characters across separate banner phases.

Phase 1: Blackbird

Rarity: S-Rank | Esper Type: Psyche

Blackbird is expected to headline the first phase of the Version 1.4 banners.

At the moment, very little has been officially revealed about her combat style, abilities, or overall role within team compositions. Even so, many players are already keeping a close eye on her due to her S-Rank status and her position as one of the update's featured characters.

Additional information regarding Blackbird's skills, signature weapon, and optimal team setups will be added once official previews become available.

Phase 2: Akane Rin

Rarity: S-Rank | Esper Type: Lakshana

Akane Rin is rumored to take center stage during the second half of Version 1.4.

Based on current community discussions, her Lakshana classification could allow her to fit into a variety of existing team archetypes. Some players even speculate that she may work particularly well alongside Blackbird, potentially creating powerful synergy opportunities.

That said, all current evaluations remain preliminary. Her actual strength and role will ultimately depend on her finalized kit, multipliers, and gameplay mechanics upon release.
