Kingshot Eternity’s Reach Guide: Event Schedule, Battle Tactics & Skill Tree Strategy
Performing well in Kingshot’s Eternity’s Reach requires more than simply sending troops into battle. Players need to balance guard hunting with resource collection, unlock key abilities at the right time, and adapt their approach as the match progresses. Every decision can affect how much Copper you earn and where you finish on the leaderboard.
This guide breaks down the event requirements, strategies for each stage of the match, and the recommended skill tree progression to help you make better use of your available marches.

1. Eternity’s Reach Schedule & Entry Requirements
Eternity’s Reach takes place once every two weeks, with seven different sessions available for players to choose from. Participation is restricted to accounts with a Town Center of Level 16 or higher. You must sign up and join on the event day, selecting a session that fits your schedule.
The registration window becomes available 10 minutes before the selected session starts. Because each kingdom may follow a different timetable, check your local event schedule in advance. A full match runs for 30 minutes, so it is best to choose a slot when you can remain active from beginning to end.
Preparation Before Registration
One important requirement is to bring all deployed troops back to your city before entering. This includes scouting marches, which may also interfere with event entry if they are still away.
It is also worth setting up your march presets and reviewing your intended skill progression beforehand. Additional march slots give you more options when switching between hunting and gathering, but having fewer squads does not prevent you from participating effectively. The key is to assign each available march a clear role.
Event Duration and Frequency
A single session lasts 30 minutes, and another opportunity to participate arrives two weeks later. Make sure your chosen time slot allows you to complete the entire match rather than leaving during an important scoring period.
2. Eternity’s Reach Event Combat Guide
2.1 Early Game: Prioritize Guard Hunting
Make Use of the Preparation Countdown
Each match begins with a 2-minute-and-30-second countdown. Instead of waiting passively, use this period to inspect the battlefield, zoom out, and identify nearby Cesare’s Guards.
Your initial spawn location may not always be ideal. If several players are gathering around the same area, consider relocating after the match opens to find a less crowded hunting route.
Build Skill XP as Quickly as Possible
Once the battlefield becomes active, dedicate your marches to defeating Cesare’s Guards. Level 2 Guards should be your preferred targets because they offer more skill XP than lower-level alternatives.
The Search function can help you locate suitable enemies without spending too much time scanning the map manually. Before sending a march, check whether another player has already engaged the target. Choosing an uncontested guard reduces the risk of arriving too late or wasting time competing for the same enemy.
Resource gathering is generally not the priority during this opening stage. Concentrate on earning XP and advancing your skill tree, with unlocking Skill 3 as your first major objective.
2.2 Mid Game: Combine Hunting with Copper Collection
Reaching Skill 3 marks an important change in your approach. Rather than continuing to hunt with every march, begin dividing your forces between enemy targets and regular Copper Veins.
Assign Marches According to Their Strength
A practical setup is to leave 1–2 of your weaker marches hunting Cesares while using your 3–4 strongest marches to occupy nearby regular Copper Veins.
This arrangement allows you to keep earning skill XP without sacrificing the gathering potential of your stronger squads. Adjust the number of marches assigned to each task according to your available troops.
Make the Most of Skill 3
The Level 3 ability rewards a successful occupation of a regular Copper Vein with an additional 5,000 Copper. Its cooldown lasts 60 seconds and begins when the occupation succeeds.
To benefit from this effect repeatedly, keep track of the remaining match time and the ability's cooldown. Once the reward has been triggered, plan your next deployment around the cooldown's expiration. Recall the relevant gathering march manually and send it toward another regular vein at the appropriate moment, allowing it to arrive when the ability can activate again.
This rotation does not require every march to follow the same schedule. Other squads can remain at their gathering locations or continue attacking guards while one march handles the occupation bonus.
Choose a Convenient Gathering Location
A free teleport can help you improve your gathering efficiency. Look for a position within easy reach of two or three Copper Veins, preferably with your Town Center situated between several useful nodes.
Shorter travel distances make it easier to manage deployments and reduce the time your marches spend moving across the map. Continue progressing through the recommended RRLLR skill route while maintaining your balance between hunting and gathering.
2.3 Late Game: Manage Fractured Vein Outbursts and Skill 5
As the match advances and more abilities become available, gathering efficiency becomes increasingly important. Two elements deserve particular attention at this point: the temporary Fractured Vein Outbursts and the manual gathering ability unlocked at Skill 5.
Prepare for Fractured Vein Outbursts
Fractured Veins offer a much higher collection rate than ordinary resource nodes. They generate 200 Copper per second, whereas Level 2 Veins provide only 16 Copper per second. Consequently, securing these temporary locations can make a substantial difference to your total score.
Watch for the event warning and use the time beforehand to recall marches that are too far away. When the outburst begins, move quickly and occupy as many available Fractured Veins as your forces can reach. Nearby nodes should generally take priority, since distant targets may already be claimed by other players before your troops arrive.
Once the outburst is over, reassess your skill progression. If you still have abilities to unlock, send some marches back to hunt Cesares. If your skill tree is complete, return your forces to regular Level 2 gathering locations.
Plan Your Skill 5 Activation
Skill 5 is a manually activated gathering boost, but its effect is limited to regular Copper Veins rather than Fractured Veins. For this reason, it should be reserved for a suitable regular-vein collection period instead of being used during an outburst.
Before activating the ability, make sure your marches are ready to gather from regular Copper Veins. Deploy your available squads and allow the entire one-minute boost to take effect without interrupting the collection process unnecessarily.
Outside this window, continue using your normal gathering rotation. Players who have not completed their skill tree can still dedicate 1–2 marches to guard hunting while the remaining squads collect Copper.
2.4 Endgame: Maintain Gathering Efficiency and Evaluate the Peak
When every skill has been unlocked, the value of continuing to hunt Cesares becomes limited. At this point, shift your attention almost entirely to resource collection and keep your marches occupied for as much of the remaining match as possible.
Depending on how many march slots you have, aim to maintain up to six active gathering nodes. Rotate your squads when necessary and avoid leaving resource locations unattended for extended periods.
Is the Peak of Eternity Worth Contesting?
The Peak of Eternity uses a separate leaderboard that measures occupation time. However, capturing the central location is not automatically the best choice for every player.
If the Peak is available and you have enough power to defend it, attempting an occupation may be worthwhile. On the other hand, challenging an opponent who clearly outmatches you can tie up several marches in battles that are unlikely to produce a useful result.
Consider the opportunity cost before committing your troops. A march stuck in an unwinnable fight cannot collect Copper or move between gathering locations. For players who cannot reliably hold the center, maintaining control of nearby veins may produce a better overall result.
As the match approaches its final minutes, favor resource nodes within a manageable distance. Avoid starting long marches that are unlikely to contribute meaningful gathering time before the event ends.

3. Eternity’s Reach Skill Tree: Recommended Build
For a strategy centered on Copper collection and steady progression, the recommended skill sequence is RRLLR (Right → Right → Left → Left → Right).
The route is designed to support early guard hunting before unlocking the occupation reward at Level 3 and the gathering enhancement at Level 5.
Recommended Choices
- Levels 1–2: Select the right-side options to support your early progression and guard-hunting approach.
- Level 3: Take the left-side ability. It grants 5,000 additional Copper when you successfully occupy a regular Copper Vein. An unsuccessful occupation does not activate the reward.
- Level 4: Continue with the left-side selection to maintain the progression toward a gathering-focused build.
- Level 5: Choose the right-side ability to obtain the manual boost for regular Copper Vein collection.
Mechanics to Keep in Mind
The Level 3 bonus operates on a skill-wide 60-second cooldown, not on a separate timer for every march. This means a single squad can manage the occupation rotation while the rest of your troops remain productive elsewhere.
The final ability has a different limitation: its gathering enhancement applies to regular Copper Veins only. It does not increase collection from Fractured Veins, so choosing an appropriate activation window is essential to getting value from it.

4. Final Thoughts: A Four-Stage Approach to Eternity’s Reach
A strong Eternity’s Reach performance depends on changing your priorities as the match develops. Start by concentrating on Cesare’s Guards to build skill XP and reach Skill 3. Once the occupation bonus is available, divide your marches between hunting and regular Copper collection, using the 60-second ability cycle to generate additional rewards.
In the later stages, prepare for Fractured Vein Outbursts and take advantage of their higher resource output. Keep Skill 5 for a regular Copper gathering window, where its effect can actually be used. After completing the skill tree, shift toward sustained collection and avoid fights that would take too many marches away from productive tasks.
Controlling the Peak of Eternity can offer an additional ranking opportunity, but it is not essential to a successful match. Consistent resource collection, sensible march assignments, and well-timed skill activation provide a more dependable way to build your Copper total over the 30-minute event.
