Wuthering Waves Lily Team Guide: Best Teams & Compositions

Lily slots into Wuthering Waves as a Spectro healer whose home is Unison teams and Echo teams. Her kit sticks close to the classic healer blueprint — team-wide DMG Bonus plus DMG Amplification — but with a twist: Unison compositions squeeze a beefier ATK buff out of her, while Echo teams lean on her team-wide Crit Rate and Crit DMG boosts.

As for her Echo Sonata, equip the brand-new Flower of Tinged Yearning when she anchors a Unison team, and run Rejuvenating Glow in every other setup.

Unison Team

One of Hsin's modes is Unison, and the more party members built around the Unison system, the harder that mode pays off for the whole squad.

Suoming is currently the only Sub-DPS in the Unison system. She pours substantial buffs onto an Electro main DPS while feeding on Unison herself to raise her own damage output.

Lily fills the healer seat of the Unison team. Alongside Hsin and Suoming she hands out hefty DMG and ATK bonuses, which makes her the default pick for Unison lineups.

Echo Team (Sigrika)

Lily's second destination is the Echo team. Center the squad on Sigrika — the strongest Echo main DPS at the moment — and back her up with Qiuyuan as the Sub-DPS. In this setup Lily's Crit Rate and Crit DMG contributions push her well past Shorekeeper, the healer who previously owned the slot.

Echo Team (Galbrena)

Haven't pulled Hsin or Sigrika? An Echo team can be built around Galbrena instead — she's a respectable Echo main DPS in her own right. Just temper your expectations: Galbrena's damage mechanics run more intricate, so the upgrade Lily brings to this variant is smaller.

Conclusion

Lily is a remarkably flexible Spectro healer with a clear role in both Unison and Echo setups. Next to Hsin and Suoming she is the prime Unison healer, throwing out massive ATK buffs while Flower of Tinged Yearning unlocks her full support potential. In Echo teams she leaves Shorekeeper well behind, feeding main DPS carries like Sigrika high Crit Rate and Crit DMG. All things considered, she is a superb healer that slides effortlessly into plenty of end-game rosters. If you're rolling for her, may she come home early and bring luck to every pull that follows!
